Welcome, and thanks for using EventurnUp. When you use our portal and our services you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please take a few minutes to read over the terms below.
Hitherto, “You” will refer to a person or a company using the EventurnUp portal and, “we” will refer to EventurnUp and any listed affiliates in this document or in subsequent amendments. Interchangeably, we will also use “Partners” to refer to listed service providers and “Guests” to refer to customers seeking their services.
Note: The terms of agreement are legally binding and will be amended by EventurnUp from time to time to suit changes in our business model or to align with changes in the market that affect our ability to provide value adding services to our customers.
1.1. Purpose
Our mission, as a conduit, is to connect partners and guests to enhance the economic value of a potential relationship. Through our services we aim to expedite the decision making process and search process of guests seeking to use the service of listed partners and potential partners. We are a marketplace that uses advance technological tools and algorithms to enhance economic value creation for all stakeholders involved in marketplace.
1.2 Agreement
By Clicking “Get Quotes!”, “Sign Up”, Register or similar on the portal you are entering into a legally binding agreement. This applies whether you are a Partner (service provider) or a Guest. Since we are only a marketplace all guests must refer to terms of service and payments for each partner that they enter into an agreement with. We do not have any obligation or review, evaluate or control any transactions between stakeholders on our portal. We also do not endorse any of our partners or warrant the quality, safety, legality or financial soundness of any of them. EventurnUp is a connector/market maker and the company or its officers, by using the portal, are released from any from claims, demands, damages (actual and consequential) of any and every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute that arises from any usage and/or affiliation to our portal
1.3 Administrative Rights
We reserve the rights to modify, suspend, remove, discontinue, refuse to post including termination of access to our portal to any images, propositions of businesses that are deemed to violate any laws or not enhance the economic value proposition to guests and partners.
1.4 “Don’ts”
Our services may be used for lawful purposes only. If any of the following conditions are violated we reserve the right to take any appropriate action including termination of use up to litigation. These are not allowed:
• Posting of any material that infringes, violates or misappropriates a patent, copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, and/or publicity or privacy rights
• Posting misleading, unlawful, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, inflammatory, profane, pornographic or any other material that violates the legal protections of any stakeholders
• Utilization of malware, viruses, phishing, hacks or any other technological tool that seeks to leverage a vulnerability or create a loophole to capture algorithms, data or any assets that can be gleaned from the portal
• Sending of promotional material, spam, unsolicited emails or chain letters to any stakeholders of the portal
• Mimicking practices of partners to enhance visibility of propagate a posture of semblance or partnerships that are inaccurate
• Collecting images, email addresses, log data or any other activity not intended solely for the purpose of connecting guests and partners on the portal
• Create a false identify on EventurnUp
• Create a profile for anyone other than yourself and/or attempt to use another person’s profile
1.5 Your License to EventurnUp
You own the content and information that you submit or post and you only grant EventurnUp a non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, publish and process the information that you share on the portal without any further consent, notice, and/or compensation to you or others as long as we do not misrepresent or claim ownership of the information. To this end you cannot misrepresent, impersonate or willfully provide inaccurate information since accuracy is a requirement for the integrity of the portal.
a. You can end this license by deleting your content from our portal or by closing your account except you shared it with other accounts that are linked to the profile that will require additional steps to remove
b. We may include Partner content in advertisements but this will specifically refer to the availability to said partners on the portal not to claim any link, endorsement, recommendation or otherwise from EventurnUp
c. We will seek your consent if we want to publish your posts beyond our immediate services or share with others that may help enhance the connections we seek between partners and guests
d. We might modify your postings for editorial reasons or for fit but we will not modify the meaning of your expression
e. You may choose to make your content available to others since we only have non-exclusive rights to it
1.6 General Terms
If a court with authority over this Agreement finds any part of it not enforceable, that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, the court shall remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Agreement. T
If we don't act to enforce a breach of this Agreement that does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement to anyone without our consent. However, you agree that we may assign this Agreement to its affiliates or a party that buys it without your consent. There are no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
